  • In 2025, over $2.3 billion in construction projects launched across the region, led by Huntsville Hospital’s Madison Street Tower expansion which added 154,000 sqft of clinical space, new ICUs and patient rooms + projects at Clearview Cancer Institute and Huntsville International Airport.  AL.com
  • Huntsville is experiencing major economic growth as U.S. Space Command relocates to Redstone Arsenal and Eli Lilly commits $6B to a new pharmaceutical facility to bring 450 jobs (with additional projects like MidCity expansion and North Village Center promising even more opportunities).  AL.com

EDUCATION NEWS

  • Madison resident and former educator Dr. Yanique Rolingson released her book A Lamp to Their Path in December 2025 and launched S.N.A.P. Academy (Stop, Notice, Action, Plan) to strengthen literacy for grades two through six.
