- ➤ Huntsville Police are investigating a shooting at a homeless camp—where a victim was listed in critical condition on Wednesday—and are working to confirm additional details. WAAY 31
- ➤ The Huntsville Police Department’s DUI Task Force will set up checkpoints from May 2-4 at crash hotspots to reduce impaired driving and honor Kathrynn Lively—who died in a crash caused by an impaired driver on August 31—and remind drivers to have their license, insurance, and registration ready, calling 911 if there is an immediate threat.
