- ➤ The Huntsville City Council introduced a resolution to annex 27 acres west of Old Big Cove Road and north of Buford Drive at the request of developer Louis Breland—founder of Town Madison and Clift Farm—with a council vote set for May 22. The annexation will support single-family homes in a fast-growing area while talks for a nearby Village of Providence style development continue. AL.com
