  • A storm hit Monte Sano Tuesday night, toppling trees and pulling down power lines while one tree nearly struck a home. By Wednesday morning, neighbors on Hutchins Avenue worked together—cutting trees, dragging debris and checking on one another as some homes lost power.  WAAY 31
  • Huntsville Parks + Recreation released its 2025 Summer Program Guide that offers over 100 free activities, workshops and events for sports, arts and outdoor adventures this summer.
