Four hemp companies—Mellow Fellow Fun, Tasty Haze, The Humble Hemp Shack, and Seedless Green—filed a lawsuit against Governor Kay Ivey and Attorney General Steve Marshall to block a new hemp law that will take effect tomorrow and bans some hemp products, which the companies say violates the 2018 Farm Bill and puts truck drivers at risk.
