- ➤ Two adults and four children were injured in a car wreck on Elkwood Section Road and Highway 231 in Hazel Green – all were taken to Huntsville Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. WAFF 48
- ➤ A head-on collision near Highway 72 and Epworth Drive on Saturday left one person dead and injured another when two SUVs collided at about 9:30 p.m.—Huntsville police said the trapped driver later died after being rescued by fire personnel. WAFF 48
