- ➤ A new VA specialty care clinic will soon open in Huntsville in the UAB building on Governor's Drive—providing quicker access to advanced care for veterans from north Alabama and southern Tennessee. U.S. Rep. Dale Strong said the facility will cut long drives to Birmingham or Nashville and may lead to additional VA clinics in the region. 1819 News
