- ➤ Jack Aynsley and Paige Metcalf, a British couple, have made videos of their three visits to Alabama that show trips to Huntsville, Mobile, Tuscaloosa and Birmingham during football games and a rural Airbnb stay. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Madison City Schools rezoned about 1,700 students after a Nov. 6 board meeting approved a new zone map to ease overcrowding and remove the need for portables at schools like Mill Creek Elementary. The plan includes opening Russell Branch Elementary in West Madison for the 2026 to 2027 school year and revising bus routes as school leaders responded to community feedback. AL.com
